How Refunds Work

1. Denied by Physician

If the reviewing physician does not approve your protocol, your subscription payment is refunded in full within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. No action is required on your part.

2. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you cancel your subscription before your medication has been compounded and shipped, you will receive a full refund for that billing cycle. To cancel, use your patient dashboard or email support@pepta.com.

3. Cancellation After Shipment

Once your medication has been compounded and shipped, that month's charge is non-refundable. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. Compounded medications cannot be returned, resold, or reused due to safety regulations.

4. Ongoing Subscriptions

Your subscription renews monthly. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date:

  • Through your patient dashboard at pepta.com/dashboard
  • Through the Stripe billing portal (accessible from your dashboard)
  • By emailing support@pepta.com at least 72 hours before your next billing date

There are no cancellation fees, no contracts, and no commitments. Cancel at any time and you will not be charged for future months.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, contains the wrong medication, or is missing items, contact support@pepta.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund at our discretion.

6. Protocol Changes

If you wish to switch to a different protocol, contact support@pepta.com. Protocol changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Price differences will be reflected in your next charge.

7. Refund Processing

All refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, contact support@pepta.com.
